It’s a simple, affordable way to get the dental care you deserve, with clear pricing, no deductibles, no waiting periods, and no hidden fees. Just honest care from a team that puts your smile first.

Dental membership plans are NOT INSURANCE.

Plan members pay periodic membership fees in exchange for access to discounts on certain identified dental services rendered by participating providers in accordance with the planте services rendered by participating providers in accordance with the plan fee service schedule. • You may cancel your Plan membership at any time. You will receive a full refund of membership fees paid to Clerri if (i) the cancellation request is received within the first 30 days of the current annual contract term and (ii) no discounted dental services have been provided to any member(s) during the current term.
• The plan must be current in order to receive included or discounted services.
• The plan runs for 12 months. You will receive an email reminder 45 days prior to the renewal date. Auto renewal is managed through your membership portal
